How every part is made
Same approach the shop has used for generations: good molds, skilled hands and parts that fit the first time.
Pattern & mold
Each part starts on a pattern shaped to the truck, then becomes a production mold that keeps every copy consistent.
Hand lay-up
Gelcoat, glass and resin are laid up by hand, so we control strength where the part takes a beating.
Trim & finish
Parts are pulled, trimmed and checked for fit: flares, wheel-well cuts, light cut-outs and mounting edges.
Ready to mount
Dzus-on, bolt-on or pin-mount, shipped or ready for pickup and built to take race abuse.

Quick-release race mounting so panels come off fast between rounds.
Bolt-on
